Insurance Called Faith

The road of discipleship is not straight. There will be a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, and caution lights called Family. You will have flats called temptations. But if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, and a driver named Jesus, you will make it to your destination.

Amen!

I would ask your prayers these next couple of days as I travel to Houston with a friend and her 12 year old son for some medical testing. Pray for clear results from the tests, an extra measure of wisdom for the doctors; along with peace, comfort and strength for my precious friends.

Alene,
I will be praying for you, your friend and her son.

Thank you for reminding me that I'm not driving on this road of discipleship and I need to hold on tighter...to Jesus.

Have a safe trip.
